The position of the Hong Kong RSC could not be more simple.
We will not be supporting Charles Green until he has allowed Donald Findlay QC to pore over all the relevant documents and we have been given the all clear.
Donald Findlay QC is one of the most highly respected legal minds in the UK and his approval could put this entire sorry episode to bed once and for all.
We therefore implore Charles Green & Malcolm Murray to facilitate this meeting at their earliest convenience for the greater good of the Rangers. If they have nothing to hide then this should happen immediately. All we request is openness and transparency.
