Soccer 7’s & Potential Title Clincher

We’ve got a big weekend ahead of us – that’s for sure!
Wins for both Rangers and Celtc this week ensured that the league will be decided on the final fixture this coming Sunday. Rangers lead by a single point as we travel to Rugby Park to face Kilmarnock. I really hope we can continue our rich vein of form and give Walter the send off he richly deserves.

Soccer 7’s
The young Rangers team arrived into HK yesterday afternoon ahead of the Soccer 7’s at the HKFC this weekend.
The Rangers fixtures for Saturday are as follows:

14:57 – Rangers vs Singapore Cricket Club
16:39 – Rangers vs Hong Kong u21’s
18:38 – Rangers vs Boca Juniors

Hopefully many of the members of our club can get along to the HKFC and show our support. We will do our usual and get the flags and banners up in the public stand, this is usually to the left hand side of the press box as you face the pitch – I’m sure you won’t be able to miss us!
If you do come along, let’s all get together to cheer the lads on.

The full fixture list from the weekend can be viewed here:

Tickets for the 7’s can be purchased at the public entrance to the HKFC.
Tickets are $120 a day, or $200 for the weekend. Depending on how the young Rangers Colts get on it could be quite hectic as the final of the 7s will begin at 7pm with the Rangers vs Killie game kicking off at 7.30pm!

I’m delighted to announce that our game will be covered on Goal TV, but the mhanky mob’s game will not.
The Rangers vs Killie match will be shown live in Amici.
