Inverness CT vs Rangers – Saturday 11 December @ 8.45pm live in Amici.
After what has now seemed like an (ice) age, the word from back home is that the Rangers vs Caley Thistle game up in Inverness on Saturday will go ahead.
We have good news in that a few of the previously injured players are now back, such as Bougherra & Beattie, who both played in the Champions League match last midweek in Bursaspor.
On the subject of Bursaspor, I’m glad to report that the three hardly souls from the Hong Kong RSC all made it back in one piece….just!
Initial questions were raised when we realised that they were staying in the suspiciously named “Hotel Celik Palas” but all was forgiven when it was pointed out the official Rangers party (players & management) were also staying there!
Pictures from the trip have been promised and these will be posted on our website when we have them.
Back to Saturday’s game and Inverness is never an easy place to visit at the best of times. Big Terry has them playing well with a very impressive away record (undefeated on the road in over a year now), but hopefully we can beat them on their own patch.
I’m glad to say that this match will be screened live on Goal TV and it will of course be shown in Amici. Kick-off is 8.45pm
